Definitely a game for people that love 'Hunt A Killer' and 'Murder Mystery in a Box' but with a much better price tag and a lot more content to work through.

The Queen of Murder, crime writer Joy Swift MBE, has put together an online murder-mystery that will dazzle you with detail... well worth its price tag.

As authentic of a cold case style game as we have ever played. Very deep. Very satisfying. Aha moments to die for.

I think your online murder mystery is superior to anything else out there and trust me I have done about 15 since lockdown!

Brilliantly put together, a proper brain teaser that is neither too easy or too hard, and at times hilarious, with a very satisfying lightbulb moment.

Questions

How do I use My Investigation Board?

Boards are where you pin the evidence you think matters. Your first board is waiting for you; rename it, then go through each chapter and pin the important pieces with "Add to board". Add and remove evidence as your theory changes – everything stays in its chapter too. All times and dates are British.

How do I use My Notebook?

Write down your thoughts and suspicions as you go. Use as many notebooks as you like – or good old-fashioned pen and paper.

How do I play with my friends?

Either share one login and solve it together over a video call, or each register your own account, work independently, and meet up to compare theories.

Why is there a minimum age?

Joy's plots are known for their gritty realism. They depict violence and sexual content, so they aren't suitable for players under 16.

What if I find the investigation too hard?

Each chapter has a summary video where the Inspector and her team talk it through, plus two levels of help: a little bit of help to nudge you, and a lot of help where the Inspector explains the key evidence. Only open them when you're ready.
